A custom project is a one-time engagement where we design and build the site, hand over full ownership, and you manage it going forward. If you want to own the site outright and have your own team or tools in place, a custom project is the right fit.

    Most custom projects are completed within 3 to 6 weeks from the start of design, depending on scope and how quickly feedback is provided during revision rounds. Expedited timelines are available — ask about this during your discovery call.

    Every custom project includes dedicated revision rounds built into the timeline. The exact number depends on project scope and is outlined clearly in your project agreement before work begins. We don't nickel-and-dime revisions — if something isn't right, we work with you until it is.

    Ongoing maintenance isn't included in the custom project fee, but we offer support packages separately. Alternatively, if your team handles updates internally, we'll make sure you have everything you need — admin access, documentation, and a walkthrough of how to manage the site — before we wrap up.

    Yes. Copywriting can be included as part of your project scope. We'll ask about this during the discovery call and quote accordingly. If you already have copy ready, that simplifies the process and can reduce your project cost.
